find that over 70% of prospective clients that we meet, would be better
suited with a different plan and/or insurance carrier. If you are part

better off staying with your current health coverage.

such as these, we can still be of service to you. If you would like us
to work for you, all you would have to do is sign a change of agent
form. Then we will provide you with all of our various services with no
additional cost to you.

PRIDE brokers do not receive commissions directly
from any insurance companies, and are not allowed to accept Caribbean
Cruises, vacations of any type, cash bonuses, gold coins or any other

agencies pushing certain plans or carriers. PRIDE brokers
only added incentives are provided by PRIDE and are based on the
retention of clients. This ensures that our brokers are consultants not
salesmen.

How is P.R.I.D.E compensated?
PRIDE
charges no extra fees or dues for any of our services to our
clients. We receive the same commission that all other
captive agents and brokers would receive, set by whichever insurance
carrier you choose, and is already calculated into all
premiums. The only exception is groups of 50 or more
employees, which will vary depending on the insurance carrier you
choose.
Application
Department
This department is instrumental in processing new
clients, and existing client’s applications for new
coverage. It also processes all other changes such as:
* Add new hires * Change billing * Change of agent forms * Change of benefits * Cancel former employees
When
accepted by a new insurance carrier the application department assures
the cancellation of the present insurance carrier. The application
department verifies that you have received your policy, medical cards,
network books, and much more!

Renewals
As healthcare cost continue to rise, the insurance
carriers, every 12 months will increase their premium rates. We realize
that renewal time for our clients is usually not a joyous occasion, nor
can we promise to turn it into one, but we will utilize all our
agency’s expertise and resources to ensure the best possible outcome.

Our renewal department requests our clients rate renewals 60 days
before the rate renewal would be in effect(large groups 90 days). This
gives our Brokers time enough to contact the insurance carriers to
question and negotiate the rate renewal.
* Then most
importantly, we contact you to discuss your numerous options, from
accepting the rate renewal to researching all other viable options.
This is the best way for us to assure your satisfaction.
